Scheduled Service Setup

We align service times with your operations, whether after hours, early mornings, or during low-traffic windows, to minimize disruption. Every visit is logged and tracked so your property is serviced on time, every time.

Professional Cleaning

Our toolset includes litter grabbers, magnetic sweepers, high-efficiency blowers, heavy-duty bags, and high-visibility safety gear.

Services may include:

• Litter pickup and debris removal

• Sand/grit consolidation and removal from traffic lanes and walkways

• Spider-web and cobweb cleanup at entrances

• Trash-can wipe-downs and spot detailing around doors, curbs, and cart corrals

Waste handling

Every piece of litter we collect is handled with care and responsibility. Whenever possible, recyclables such as cans, cardboard, and plastics are placed in your on-site recycling bins if available. All other trash and debris are properly disposed of in your designated dumpster.
If a dumpster isn’t available, we can haul off waste to a licensed local facility for a small disposal fee. Our goal is to keep your property litter-free while following responsible waste-handling practices and local environmental guidelines.

Visual Reporting & Quality Check

After each service visit, we perform a final quality check and provide photo documentation along with a brief service summary. This confirms all scheduled areas were addressed and gives property managers and business owners clear, visual proof of work. Our reporting ensures transparency, accountability, and confidence that nothing is overlooked.
